초록/요약
본 연구는 개인의 고용형태와 소득이 복지 선호에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 특히 소득이 고용형태의 효과를 매개하는지의 여부를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 한국 복지 패널 3개년 자료를 바탕으로 재분배 및 사회보험 선호에 대한 회귀모형 분석과 인과적 매개분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 고용형태와 소득 모두 재분배와 사회보험 선호 모두에 유의미한 영향을 보였으며, 특히 소득의 매개 효과는 제한적 경향성으로 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 단일 변수 중심의 복지 선호 분석을 넘어, 고용형태와 소득 간의 다층적 관계를 이론적으로 그리고 실증적으로 제시하고자 하였다.

This study analyzes how individuals’ labor status and income affect welfare preferences, focusing on whether income mediates the effect of labor status. Using three years of data from the Korean Welfare Panel Study, regression models and causal mediation analysis were applied to two aspects of welfare preferences: support for redistribution and social insurance. Results show that both labor status and income significantly influence welfare preferences, while the mediating effect of income appears with limited consistency. This study moves beyond single-variable explanations by presenting the multilayered relationship between labor status and income, both theoretically and empirically.
