본 연구는 학업스트레스가 청소년 자녀의 전반적인 행복감과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로 창의적 학교환경의 매개역할에 관한 연구이다. 이 논문의 목적은 대한민국 청소년 자녀의 학업 스트레스가 전체 행복과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이었다. 더불어 이 연구는 학업 스트레스와 관련하여 창의적 학교 환경의 매개 역할을 탐색하였다. 이 연구는 대한민국 청소년과 부모, 보호자, 교사로부터 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 양적연구방법과 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 다중선형회귀모형을 활용하여 학업 스트레스, 창의적 교육환경, 학생행복감 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이 결과는 학업 스트레스, 행복감, 삶의 만족도 간에 역의 상관관계를 보여주며, 높은 학업 요구가 청소년의 전체 행복감과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 발견하였다. 또한이 연구는 창의적 학교 환경이 이러한 학업 스트레스의 부정적인 영향을 개선할 수 있는 필수적인 매개요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 결과는 학교 환경의 특정 창의성 요인과 행복감과 삶의 만족도 간의 긍정적인 연관성을 발견한 기존 연구와 일치하고 있다. 또한 이 연구 결과에 의하면 여성이 남성보다 낮은 행복감을 표현함을 발견하였다. 이와 더불어 청소년의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 가족의 역동성과 미디어 소비의 중요성을 강조한다. 이 연구는 학생의 행복감을 우선시하는 교육정책 변화, 창의적이고 지원적인 학교 환경의 구축, 성별 차이와 부모-자녀 관계에 도전하기 위한 적극적인 개입의 필요성을 강조한다. 이러한 발견은 학업 성공과 학생의 일반 복지를 촉진하는 포괄적인 교육 환경의 함양의 중요성에 대한 기존 문헌에 기여할 것이다.

초록/요약

The paper aimed to examine the role of creative school environments in the impact of academic stress on overall happiness and life satisfaction among Korean adolescents. The research conducted descriptive statistics, and multiple linear regression analyses using data collected from South Korean adolescents, their parents, guardians, and teachers to examine these connections between academic stress, creative educational environments, and student well-being. The results show an inverse correlation between academic stress, overall happiness, and life satisfaction, emphasizing the negative effects of high academic demands on adolescents' overall happiness and life satisfaction. Moreover, the study highlights creative school environments as an essential mediating factor that can mitigate these negative effects. These results support other researchers' finding of a positive link between specific factors of creativity in the school environment and higher levels of happiness and life satisfaction. Furthermore, the study discovered gender disparities, as females expressed lower levels of well-being than males. The study also highlights the importance of family relationships and media consumption in influencing adolescents' life satisfaction experiences. Moreover, the current study emphasizes the need for educational policy changes that prioritize student well-being, the establishment of creative and supportive school environments, and targeted interventions to challenge gender disparities and parent-child relationships. These findings will contribute to existing literature on the importance of cultivating comprehensive educational settings that promote academic success and students' general welfare.
