초록/요약
The purpose of this study is to investigate the muscle activity of the trunk renal muscle, alignment of the sagittal plane, and visual pain scale of chronic back pain patients who have done Bride Exercise and Hip Hinge Exercise for 4 weeks, and to compare the effects of each exercise. For this study, electromyography(EMG), Posture alignment, and visual pain scale(VAS) were tested in advance for 21 women in their 20s and 30s who are diagnosed with chronic lower back pain. The group was divided into the treatment preservation group (n-7), the bridge exercise group (n-7), and the hinge exercise group (n-7). The program was applied for 3 days a week for 4 weeks, and then the follow-up test was measured again. This study analyzed data by using SPSS version 26.0 for Windows. Descriptive statistical values are represented by means and standard error of measure (SEM). Also, two-way repetitive measurement variance analysis was conducted to analyze the difference between groups and between the two periods. When the main effect of the group and period or significant interaction between the group and period appeared, the difference between the periods within the group was tested by the corresponding sample t-test. Furthermore, the difference between the groups was analyzed by one-way variance. As a post-mortem examination, the Ducan multiple range method was used. The significance level (α) for statistical processing was set to .05. 1. In the case of Hip Hinge Exercise Group, Muscle activity increased significantly in both the right and left sides of the gluteus maximus. Although it was not a statistically significant difference, in the case of Bride Exercise Group also increased. In the pre-post verification between groups, there was a statistically significant difference in the Hip Hinge Exercise group, compared to the control group, which is a conservative treatment group. 2. In the posture alignment, the angle of the pelvic tilt decreased prominently in both Bridge Exercise group and Hinge Exercise group, and the angle of the forward neck inclination decreased protuberantly in the Hinge Exercise group. In the gradient of the pelvic tilt, there was a noticeable difference between the Bridge Exercise group and the Hinge Exercise group compared to the control group in the pre-post difference between the groups. In the forward neck gradient, there was a noteworthy difference in only the hinge exercise group compared to the control group, which is the treatment conservation group, in the pre-post difference between groups. 3. There were statistically significant differences in pre and post comparison in all groups. However, there was no meaningful program difference between the control group and the exercise program group. Summing up all the above results, it can be seen that when the Bridge Exercise VS Hinge Exercise programs were applied to female patients with chronic low back pain, the alignment status in terms of muscle activity and sagittal plane was improved. It was also found that they were effective exercise programs that could relieve pain caused by weakening muscle strength and weakening movement. The Hip Hinge Exercise group showed a more significant effect, so the necessity of this study could be satisfied.
