Obesity is the leading cause of cardiovascular disease and lifestyle diseases. Although these policies are being enforced at the time of declaring the war on obesity, the majority of obese women are still exposed to secondary risks of obesity. Therefore, in this study, the obesity adult women should perform the Zumba exercise for 13 obese women who want to participate in the GX program, which has recently been sport lighted in the fitness center. As a result of the measurement and analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the exercise ability, showing an increase in strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The cardiovascular disease-causing factor showed a significant difference in triglycerides, but there were significant changes in total cholesterol, high density cholesterol, low density cholesterol and blood glucose, but no statistically significant difference. Based on the above results, it was concluded that the recent issue of Zumba exercise changes the body, improves motor function, and improves cardiovascular inducers of obese women. These results are thought to be one of the exercise methods that can improve the health-inhibiting factors, prevent secondary diseases, and pleasantly change healthy body in adult obese women. If we participate in such group exercise variously by day, and systematically proceed in the long term by scientific methods such as exercise intensity and time, we will have healthy adult, middle age, and old age, and it will be an exercise that can prevent aging in advance.
