In this study, to establish the effect of sport participation motivation and the satisfaction of physical education affected by sports star’s image , I have collected data by utilizing the objective sampling method for students who attended general physical education . After collecting data, search and confirmatory factor analysis utilizing statistical programs, multi-variate analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis was performed. As a result, first, the female in all factors except extrinsic motivation in the sub factors of sport participation motivation and the moral image of sports stars by gender were higher than the male. Second, according to participation frequency, the movement of the star, progressive and moral image, and internal motivation and amotivation of sports participation motivation was better 4-5 times a week, the extrinsic motivation once a week. But the satisfaction of physical education with stars’ external image is best 2-3 times a week. Finally, according to the results performed by a multiple regression analysis in order to verify the relationship between sports stars’ image and sports participation motivation or the satisfaction of physical education, sports stars’ image had a positive or negative effect on sports participation motivation, and sports participation motivation had a negative effect on the environment of physical education. Also, sports stars’ image had a positive/negative effect on the satisfaction of physical education.
