This research was conducted to investigate effects of mobile phone dependency among university student on leisure constrains and leisure boredom. The sample consisted of 377 university students (four universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province) March to July in 2015R. egression(SPSS Ver. 21) was used to verify the influence between variances. In the first result, it was found that acquisition of information, mobile phone dependency, immersion, and obsession/anxiety affected interpersonal barriers. Second, acquisition of information and mobile phone dependency were associated with intrapersonal barriers. Third, acquisition of information, obsession/anxiety, and mobile phone dependency significantly affected intrapersonal barriers. Forth, acquisition of information, mobile phone dependency was also associated with structural barriers. Fifth, mobile phone dependency and immersion significantly affected time barriers. Next finding revealed that acquisition of information, obsession/anxiety, and immersion were positively associated with leisure boredom and excessive use negatively affected. Finally, technical and interpersonal barriers significantly affected leisure boredom.
