The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship among satisfaction, enjoyment and sport loyalty of the learning process of Scuba Diving which university students take part in. Data was collected from entry level divers who completed a Open Water course in university. 273 copies of the data were used in final analysis. CFA, correlation analysis were analysed by using SPSS WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Suitability of structural modeling and analysis method of hypothesis were performed by using the structural equation modeling. The result is as follow. First, physical satisfaction influences hedonic enjoyment of positively statistically(t=2.788, p<.01). Second, educational satisfaction influences hedonic enjoyment positively statistically(t=3.853, p<.001). Third, hedonic enjoyment of cognitive-emotional state influences sport loyalty positively statistically(t=7.685, p<.001).
