The purpose of the study is to compare the facilities, budgets, coaches, and program to leisure sports policy for the aged focusing on secondary data based on public finance among 14-local autonomous system in Jeon Buk. In order to achieve this purpose, sample was selected of 14-local autonomous system of Jeon Buk. Documents and comparative studying method was used for the case of comparative studying the data. The result of this study was as following:First, this study attempted to analyze in number of facilities concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there is twenty on public welfare hall, and 6,076 on the aged hall, in 14-local autonomous system of Jeon Buk Second, this study attempted to analyze the difference in budget concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the result, there was no significant difference in 14-local autonomous system of Jeon Buk. But, leisure sports activity finance of the aged for Jeon Buk was significant difference. Third, this study attempted to analyze the difference in number of coaches concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was significant difference of 16 units to management and 4 units direct management. Forth, this study attempted to analyze the difference in diversity of program and the characteristic the quality concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the result, there was no significant difference in 14-local autonomous system of Jeon Buk.
