The Effect of Weight Beared Circuit Training Program for 12 Weeks on Chronic Disease Risk Factors and Physical Fitness of Working Men

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of weight beared circuit training program for 12weeks on chronic disease risk factors and physical fitness of working men. The subjects for this study were fourteen working men who participated in this experiment voluntarily and didn’t have any disease. Statistical techniques for data analysis were paired t-test by SPSS 12.0. The 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study. Weight beared circuit training for 12weeks resulted in significant improvements on body weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, maximal oxygen consumption, body fat compositions. These results suggest that circuit training in working men decrease the chronic disease risk factors and improve the physical fitness.
