Korean residents in Japan′literature was gotten divided to South Korea literary man section and pro-Pyongyang Association of Korean residents in Japan by politics economy cultural situation of south and north Korea. This study analyzed dramaturgy of Korean residents in Japan's drama laying stress on Kim jiseok, Suh sanggak, Heo namki′s work. Drama works created in Korean were led by pro-Pyongyang Association of Korean residents in Japan writers mainly. Therefore, Korean residents in Japan's drama study is much limit as exclude problem of ideology confrontation and discuss pure literary feature. Korean residents in Japan writers had work activity based on 『Literary Art』 that was pro-Pyongyang Association of Korean residents in Japan magazine. They used socialistic realism production methodology that reflect North Korea's subject literature theory. North Korea completed subject literature theory that emphasize socialistic contents and our ethnic form of nation subject since 1945 years. North Korea wages 'Revolution play of shrine for a tutelary deity style' campaign that emphasize ethnic form and socialistic contents in play. Korean residents in Japan writers focuses 'Ethnic form' than 'Socialistic contents' that North Korea's revolution play emphasizes. Society structure of North Korea and Japan differs. Korean residents in Japan was not thought seriously about socialism ideology. They were thought that 'Ethnic form' that emphasize Korean and identity of the nation is much more important. Writers created witty talk, short play, dialogic play mainly work expresses ethnic form. Socialism revolutionary character in works was less. Much character emphasized national identity and importance of our language conservation to enervated residing in Japan Korean who assimilate in Japan society. Also, they inserted story teller and reader for popular instigation and ethnic form expression in work. Spectators are absorbed in play and give continuous emotion, it inserted a connection song or poem. They insert story teller, reader, connection song to instigate revolutionary combat and spectator that revolution play emphasizes. With this, they have limit that have work activity based on North Korea's subject literature theory. Nevertheless, there is value as a Korean literature in terms of showed realistic situation cognition of residing in Japan, and emphasized conservation of ethos through our language production with their works.
