초록/요약
본 연구는 다음과 같은 두 가지 목적을 가진다. 첫째, 여가태도에 주요한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 외생변수와 운동참가 여부를 독립변인으로 설정하고 그에 따른 여가태도를 종속변인으로 설정하여 유의한 관계를 갖는지를 분석하고, 운동참가자들의 여가태도를 독립하여 분석한다. 둘째, 노인의 여가활동 선호도와 운동참가 여부에 따른 여가활동 선호도를 분석한다. 이는 여가에 대한 교육이 전혀 이루어지지 않았던 현재의 노인세대의 여가태도를 분석하고, 노인들의 선호하는 여가활동을 분석하여 노인을 위한 여가정책과 프로그램 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.Ⅱ. 연구 방법
