초록/요약
질산 증기 흡입 후에 발생한 화학성 폐렴은 노출된 기간과 강도에 따라 다양한 임상양상을 보인다. 저자들은 34세 남성에서 금속관련 작업장에서 급성 흡입 후 발생하였고, 산소 치료와 보존적인 치료로 호전된 화학성 폐렴 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
