The effect on the static and dynamic balance and the walking of inline skater by the whole body vibration excercise

초록/요약

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect on the static and dynamic balance and the walking of inline skater by the whole body vibration exercise, and furthermore is to give the player the help for the treatment object and the enhancement of athletic performance by providing the scientific material to the inline skate training program. Study participant consists of 20 ChungBok H inline academy players and this study had been performed from 01/03, 2015 to 11/30, 2015. The static balance measures and analyses the trace length in sway line on postural sway of center of pressure and the area chance by Balance Trainer, BT4 while maintaining comfortably the standing posture for 30 seconds on the force place for all study participants, On the other hand, for the dynamic balance, LOS(limit of stability) measures the degree of maximum slope bent to anterior and posterior, left and right in upright standing posture without detaching both foot on the balance measuring platform for 8 seconds. For measuring the ambulatory ability the cadence alteration measures by changing of the time ambulatory ability, and the alteration of step length, stride length, single support, and double support measures by changing walking time and space walking ability by using BZebris FDM-T Treadmill(Zebris Medical GmbH, Germany) The general characteristic to study participant is obtained by descriptive statistics quantity and the difference by general characteristic is analyzed by the independent sample t-test and the chi-squared test. To examine the pre homogeneity check between groups the independent sample t-test is performed, to check the significance test before and after the training between groups the matching sample t-test is carried out, and to verify the significance test between groups about the change of measuring data the independent sample t-test is conduced. All statistically meaningful(significance) level are set to α<0.05. In the static balance there is no difference between whole vibration exercise group and comparison group in the change of the trace length in sway line on postural sway of center of pressure and the area according to before and after the experiment inter-groups. In the dynamic balance there is a significance difference in whole vibration exercise group in the change of the limit of stability for anterior and left direction, and there is no significance difference in whole vibration exercise group in the change of the limit of stability for posterior and right direction according to before and after the experiment inter-groups. For the ambulatory ability change there is a significance difference both in the whole vibration exercise group and in the comparison group in the change of the cadence and the step times which are included in the time ambulatory ability before and after the experiment and there is a significance difference both in the whole vibration exercise group and in the comparison group in the change of the step length the stride length, the single support, and the double supports which are included in the space ambulatory ability before and after the experiment. For the static balance the change of the trace length in sway line on postural sway of center of pressure and the area were statistically insignificant (no meaningful) after inter-group experiment. For the dynamic balance the limit of stability for anterior direction shows meaningful difference but the limit of stability for posterior, left, and right direction does not show meaningful difference after inter-group experiment. For ambulatory ability alteration the change of cadence and step time which are included in the time walking ability have meaningful difference and the change of walking time have no meaningful difference after inter-group experiment. After the inter-group experiment there is meaningful difference in the step length, the strip length, the single support-left side and is statistically no meaningful difference in the change of the single support and double support-right side. In the conclusion to sum it all up, the whole vibration exercise is more effective in the dynamic balance than in the static balance and also is efficient exercise in the walk. But it is considered that the maintaining of the various physical movement and posture and the verification of its effect according to the frequency intensity is necessary in the process of applying the vibration. By complementing this study it is clinically expected to exploit to the elite player, the old, and the stroke patients who need to improve the dynamic balance and the walk in the future.
