기혼직장여성의 가족건강성 예측모형

초록/요약

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of predictive factors related family strength and develop a prediction model that explains family strength among married working women. The hypothetical model was constructed on the basis of the literature review. This construct model was built of eight path way. Two exogenous variables included in this model were ego-resilience, family support. Three endogenous variables included in this model were functional couple communication, family stress, family strength. The data collection was conducted from July. 10, 2013 to September. 30, 2013. Data was collected by convenient sampling from 319 married working women who are 30~40 aged and live in 2 cities of Chungnam province in Korea. For analyzing data, SPSS 19.0 program was used to analyze demographic variables of participants, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis. The LISREL 8.52 program was used to find best fit model which assumes causal relationship among variables. The result of this study were as follows; 1. Correlation among variables Ego-Resilience is correlated significantly to family support, functional couple communication, family stress, and family strength. Family support is correlated significantly to functional couple communication, family stress, and family strength. Functional couple communication is correlated significantly to family stress, and family strength. Family stress is correlated significantly to family strength. 2. Hypothetical Model The overall fit of hypothetical model to the data suggested the necessity of model revision ; χ²=490.847(p<.001), GFI= .854, CFI= .886, NFI= .853, TLI(NNFI)= .863, RMSEA=.095 3. Modified Model For the validity and good fitness of the model, a modified model was constructed with adding two path ways and removing one path way. The overall fit of modified model showed improving and a good fit to the data; (X2)=217.120(p<.001), GFI= .915, CFI= .948, NFI= .926, TLI(NNFI)= .931, RMSEA=.082. 4. Ego-resilience had a direct and total effect positively on functional couple communication. family stress had a direct and total effect positively on functional couple communication. family support had a direct, indirect and total effect negatively on functional couple communication. Family support had a direct and total effect negatively on family stress. Family support had a direct, indirect and total effect positively on family strength. Family stress had a direct, indirect and total effect negatively on family strength. Functional couple communication had a direct and total effect positively on family strength. As a result of the study, this prediction model on family strength of married working women was fit in the data and adequate. This study shows the most predicting factor of family strength was family support, family stress, functional couple communication. These predictive variables of family strength explained 61.8% of model. Therefore, for improving family strength of married working women, this study suggest the nursing access and mediative program for improving family support and functional couple communication, and reducing family stress.
