I like to express my gratitude and sincere thanks to the Korean Government who has given me this opportunity to study at the Graduate School of International Studies, Korea University through Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my thesis supervisor, Professor Park, Sung-Hoon, for his academic guidance, support and encouragement until my thesis had been finished successfully. I would also like to be thanked professor Soh, Changrok and professor Moon, Kyung-Yon, who were the members of the evaluation committee of my thesis, whose suggestions and valuable comments enabled me to reach to this completion and also to come up within the expected standards.
