Through experiencing the art activity that investigate the beauty based on human’s instinct is the one of cultural activity to make our life style being better. However, as students are learning uncreative perspective from the most of art education, it brings them dislike an all of art activity by getting lower grade. So it is hard to find out the adult to spend their time with observing art masterpieces except the majorly students or people who is really interested in. In order to make people being closer with the art subject, the school education should realize that it is important to educate toward the large mass of the people not only majorly people. For long time, the curriculum of expression art has been educated in the most of the school, but recently, the curriculum of observing art emphasis as well. But even the school tried to teach the curriculum of observing art, there is the only way of studying art from textbook or going museum in once a year. This is why the student gets mostly limited point of view in art subject. For substituting this, students need to have time to observe work of art and express what they are thinking through the conversation during the school education. This research suggest improvement program through analyzing the curriculum of the school education and the usual education of observing art pieces. Nowadays, the school starts to educate the students by using Digital media more and more. This digital media gives the most appropriate way to observing study. However, despite of enough of research on the subject which is math, science, Korean, and English, based on the digital media, only art field needs to more research in terms of using digital media. Because generally people think that the art is creating or expressing something by their own hands always. This research explores the area of digital mass media for observing art, which has not studied in a digital text book research, and its function with insisting its necessity of study. It is specially focused on current problems and solutions on digital education of Art , also it suggests effective applications for the art education by using especially with these two methods; Digital text book and tablet pc. Finally, this study is drown out the syllabus of education on the digital observing art. Using the digital media is the complementary to the school and it make the student be able to become an activity person in the art subject and it gives great advantage to people being enjoy the art piece for now and the future.
