편마비환자의 슬링을 통한 감각운동 조절훈련(Sensori motor training)이 하지의 고유수용감각과 근활성도에 미치는 효과

The Effects of The sensorimotor training through using the Sling suspension system on Lower Extremity of Proprioception and Muscle activation with Hemiplegia

초록/요약

The purpose of this research is to rehabilitate those paralyzed patients through using the sling suspension system. Moreover, we are measuring the patients's legs proprioception and activity within the sensorimotor training program. The object is that it tries to check upon if the sensory motor training military and thec ontrol group does after and between group comparison experimental design with the proprioceptor of the hemiplegia patient whether any effect is reached on the almost activity of the muscle. Therefore, the independent variable of this research is the motor program form (the sensory motor training), and the dependent variable is the almost activity of the muscle to do with the proprioceptor improved by the motor program. The interview investigation was performed for the selection of the research subject. And by using the before experiment beginning measurement tool about the hemiplegia patient which it agrees because of satisfying the study condition and will participating in the sports, the proprioceptive sensibility and almost activity was measured. The arbitration of the motor program was performed after 1 week over 3 times, 6 weeks Each element was re-measure after the experiment end by the same measurer and the sports arbitration effect of each military was looked into. When statistically process of data, the window SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 12.0 program, that is the commercial statistical program, was used. The Wilcoxon signed rank test about the non-parametric data was performed after difference. The Mann WhitneyU-test was used for the comparison of the group. As to the statistical significance level, the conclusion which verifies with the p<0.05 and is obtained is like the next. First of all, through sensorimotor training program, we realized that the paralyzed legs' proprioception had no particular difference between 30 and 50 degrees angle; in 70 degrees angle, there was a specific difference between the experimental group and other group (p<.05). Second, there was the difference which there were the difference noted to rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the result of finding out the almost activity of the paralysis summer solstice through the sensory motor control training and experimental group of the lying position, it notes in rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the between group(p<.05). There was the difference which there was the difference noted to rectus abdominalis, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the experimental group of the sitting position, it notes in rectus femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the between group(p<.05).
