Enterprise's organization should apply information and technology to create indispensable technology and capacity for future and needs to use new technology in order to simplify the artificial operating procedure, reduce the operating cost, improve user's satisfaction and increase the competitiveness. In past, Taipei Water Department (TWD) always utilizes the traditional way supply water continuously, but the methods don’t accord with the economic benefits. Thus regards TWD as this research object. This paper tries to apply new technological of Inverter for promoting to operate efficiency of supplying water. What does the optimization of urban water supply? In consumer mind, the answer is that water isn’t a lack of their region and the stable pressure of water is supplied. Thus supplier should stratify their customers demand and get efficient management. So, this paper focused on the improvement of the pumping station. It is the most direct and simple method to find result about stable pressure of water. On the other hand, the potable water was transported to user by pumping and gravity, but the most water needs conveying by pressurizing. The convey process needs electricity to support it. Considering about the water pump is the largest power consumption, so trying to improve pressurizing device in the traditional water supply system for saving power became one of subject. In fact, there are few energy resources on Taiwan and it is unable to develop the valid energy. Under the climate changes and greenhouse effects, rainfall, which is exactly the source of water, became unpredictable and uncontrollable resource. Thus, this paper is trying to get a method for saving natural and precious resource. This paper found more efficient ways of utilizing basic principle, characteristic of energy-conservation of inverter and water pump to integrate all demands of consumers and supplier for the water supply network to reaches the management of the optimization of the end result. For putting our plan into action, the water pump system plan to install the apparatus of Inverter, select terminal a pipe network and monitor some pressure, automatically controlled by feedback pressure value and set up the strength value of water pressure happens in different period. The device of achieving should be getting, which stabilizing the pressure of the pipe network, reducing the leaking rate, improving the power factor of the power, lengthening the service life of machines and saving great benefits such as the energy, etc.
