초록/요약
대부분 기업의 중요 기술정보 유출은 내부자에 의해 이루어진다. 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보유출을 방지하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 많은 투자와 연구가 진행되고 있지만 기술발전에 따라 업무환경과 일하는 방법이 변화하여 물리적 보안 및 정보보안의 분리된 기술과 통제방법으로는 적절한 보안통제가 현실적으로 어려움이 있고, 보안통제기술과 방법은 기술발전추세와 환경변화에 대응이 늦어 정보유출을 통제하기에는 미흡하다. 새로운 환경에 대응하기 위하여 보안 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 정보자산의 사용통제 및 추적관리가 가능한 보안저장매체를 제안하며 인증방안으로 스마트카드/생체정보를 이용하여 정당한 사용자 인증을 통하여 글로벌화 되는 업무환경에 대응하여 보안은 강화하고, 외부환경(출장, 재택근무 등)에서 정당한 업무에 대한 서비스를 보장할 수 있는 보안저장매체의 요구기능 및 각 기능에 필요한 요소기술을 모색하여 대안을 제안하고자 한다.

The important technical-information outflow in most enterprises is made by an insider. Lots of investment and researches are being progressed in several fields in order to prevent the outflow of the corporately core technique and information. However, due to a change in the work environment and the working method according to development in technique, there is realistic difficulty for the appropriate security control with the separated technique and the control method in physical security and information security. The security control technique and method are slow in coping with the technically developmental tendency and the environmental change, thereby being insufficient in controlling information outflow. To cope with new environment, it is the point of time that a change in security paradigm is needed. Accordingly, this study suggests the security storage device available for the use control and the tracking management in information assets. As for authentication, the smart card & biometric information are used. Security is reinforced by coping with the work environment that gets globalized, through the fair user authentication. It seeks for the element technique necessary for the need function in the security storage device and for each function, available for securing service on fair work in the external environment(official tour, home-working). Thus, the aim is to propose alternative plans.
