It has been synthesized Silicalite-1 catalysts in different synthetic and carried out vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxim for the catalysts. Especially, the amount of nest silanol group depended significantly on the synthetic condition of Silicalite-1. Relatively large amounts of nest silanols were obtained from Silicalite-1 catalysts synthesized in the long reaction time and absence of NaOH. For vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement, the catalytic performance of Silicalite-1 catalyst were different considerably with the synthetic condition of Silicalite-1.
