고온 열화 손상된 Fe-11Cr-3.5W-3Co 합금의 미세조직 및 기계적 성질에 대한 비파괴 평가

Microstructures and mechanical properties of Fe-11Cr-3.5W-3Co alloy degraded at high temperatures were nondestructively evaluated by magnetic property(coercivity, remannence). And this study will set up a model to predict the residual life of aging degraded structures in nondestructive way based on the relation between microstructural changes and nondestructive parameters. This research investigated the one to one relation between microstructural changes(precipitates, lath width, dislocation) caused by thermal aging at high temperature and nondestructive parameters such as magnetic coercivity and remanence. From the relationship between microstructural analysis and nondestructive parameters, it is now possible to evaluate the degree of degradation and microstructural change of structural materials used at high temperatures by nondestructive methods. This means that it will be possible to maintain the structure safety with low economic cost. It is also important to realize that this research made possible to predict the life time of the structures by nondestructive measurement(magnetic coercivity and remanence) methods.
