Construction projects of today are required the expertise because a complexity of construction projects is increasing. In addition, owners of construction projects want to achieve their purpose, increasing the efficiency of maintenance, reliability, aesthetics, functionality, a public image and operability about desire. Therefore, it is required to be invested more effectively in construction project's life-cycle cost. However, although construction employees in Korea have a lot of experience and knowledge, they cannot fill satisfaction of construction project owners. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a practical approach plan for satisfaction of construction project owners. 1) Currently a problem of construction industry is due to the following inefficiency. - It is the tendency that only the results make much of than faithfulness of a process. - The expected tendency that the quality that even the input cost that was an illogical enemy was the best or average quality was secured. - Surging of review syndrome. - They recognize the 'Constructability' that is a suitable advanced technique into 'Construction practicability' in order to accomplish traditional objectives of a construction project. - Absence of a systematic access way for constructability program enforcement. - They establish purpose and goal of a construction project, and it is the state that measurement and an admeasured basis to evaluate were not set up. - Of the recognition that held optimization with a construction project a construction project owner in itself is not enough. 2) Measures about this, - They must realize a virtual image of a design-build contract system. - They recognize constructability profit justly. - As for the optimization of a construction project, construction project owner oneself must become a leader. - They must implement a constructability program in the construction project early step in order to invest cost in a construction proje
