Sustainable Development of the Chinese Economy

초록/요약

This thesis is to address the background, challenge, and strategy of economic sustainable development in China. It unfolds from the following aspects: the economy, the relationship between the environment and economy, and the current challenges and the future strategies for economic sustainable development of China. In the past few decades, China’s economic development not only made lots of achievements but also generated many problems. In order to continue robust economic growth and pursue economic sustainable development, nature resource should be guaranteed and environment-economy relation should be taken into processing of policy-making. Meanwhile, the upgrading industrial structure and pushing regional optimization are not only the future direction of China’s economy but also the solution to current outstanding problems, such as uneven regional development, huge gap between poor and rich.
