Production and Characterization of Monoclonal Antibodies

초록/요약

Colon cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the woorld. Although surgical resection is the first choice worldwide, at this point an effective approach for the treatment of patients with metastasis and cancer recurrence post-operation has not yet been found. We report a method of inducing antigen production in SNU-16 cells by in vivo targeting that specifically bind to the SNU-C1 cells. To target SNU-16 cells, we immunized the SNU-16 gastric cancer cell to Balb/c mice. BALB/c mice were killed 3 days after the booster immunization by cervical dislocation and then a spleen cell fusion. Hybridoma clone was screening, production, purification and characterization that we found anti-SNU- C1 human colon cancer cells monoclonal antibodies.
